-Track food via app linked to MyFitnessPal for 3-5 days based on current habits. Then, they can either take pics OR track macros via MFP & APP.
-Link to my personal app + nutrition group. Advice, recipes + some challenges.
-Assess level of nutrition and either give portion control or macros. Both are personalized for the client
-Weekly zoom check in, or in person
-Monitor sodium, fiber, sugar, + macros
-end of month weigh in, pics, + measurements
-some clients also get some mindset coaching; gratitude, affirmations, tips on building a new relationship with food.
