(3 MONTH COMMITMENT) 12 session pack for Nutrition Coaching w/ Cathy (30 min)
-Initial weigh in, measurements, pics
-Calculate BMR
-Track food via app linked to MyFitnessPal for 3-5 days based on current habits. Then, they can either take pics OR track macros via MFP & APP.
-Link to my personal app + nutrition group. Advice, recipes + some challenges.
-Assess level of nutrition and either give portion control or macros. Both are personalized for the client
-Weekly zoom check in, or in person
-Monitor sodium, fiber, sugar, + macros
-end of month weigh in, pics, + measurements
-some clients also get some mindset coaching; gratitude, affirmations, tips on building a new relationship with food.

Prep Course for 1 Session (45min)
This option is for those who have little to no experience in lifting or CrossFit. You will have 45 min one on one with one of our Coaches to learn how we do things and get the basic of some functional movement patterns.  There is a 90 day expiration from the date of purchase and there are NO REFUNDS
